Description
I’m Roua Eltayeib, a licensed marriage and family therapist and a Sudanese Muslim American. I help Black women in demanding careers navigate burnout, identity pressure, and the feeling of carrying too much alone. In therapy, we uncover the roots of what’s holding you back — whether it’s cultural expectations, faith, or personal history — so you can reclaim clarity, confidence, and a life that feels truly yours.
I also support career-driven Muslim couples preparing for marriage or navigating early marriage stress, helping them strengthen communication and align their relationship for lasting unity.
At Rooted Change MFT, therapy is a safe, culturally aware space where you can honor all parts of yourself, untangle patterns that no longer serve you, and create meaningful, grounded change.
