I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia who offers effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I have experience treating a number of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD/ADHD. I provide a welcoming, neutral space to to help individuals and couples heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by listening to concerns and collaborating with clients to customize a treatment plan.
