I am looking forward to working with young adults (ages 18 - 25), adults (25+) and working professionals. I use techniques from a variety of therapy models such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
It’s important to me that my work with you is done within a healthy emotional space and that starts with me meeting you where you are.
