I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, Certified Specialist in Anger Management and Grief and I'm EMDR Trained.
Trauma is not the same for everyone because no two people are the same, therefore my counseling approach is personalized to meet your specific needs. I utilize an integrated approach which includes Trauma Informed Care, Person Centered Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I have a passion for working with individuals, families, and couples addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, ADHD, Substance use, anger management, self-esteem, trauma, domestic and sexual violence, and relationship difficulties. I’m passionate about helping identify and breaking the link to generational trauma.
