YOU are the expert of your own life. My role is to provide a judgement free space to help you explore and build skills to meet your goals. I specialize in supporting individuals ages 21+ who are experiencing difficulties with Anxiety, Depression and Adjustments. I use a combination of trauma based therapeutic approaches, traditional psychotherapy and systemic approaches to health and wellness.
