Description

Realizing your childhood experiences have followed you into adulthood is sobering. That the impact of repeated emotional loneliness or emotional chaos is showing up in your marriage, relationships, self-esteem, life satisfaction, or overall well-being. And yet, that moment of awareness is the first step to healing. While I support clients with a range of concerns, I specialize in childhood and relational trauma with a focus on helping adults explore and recover from the lasting impact of difficult childhood experiences and dysfunctional family dynamics.

Together, we'll work to heal old wounds by inviting both your mind (cognitive) and body (somatic) so that healing happens on every level. For couples, we'll explore how each partner's attachment history shows up in the relationship to recognize and shift the conflict cycles that keep you stuck, guiding you towards a more emotionally safe and secure bond.

As your therapist, I hope to walk alongside you to encourage you, hold space for you, challenge you (we all need gentle accountability!), and equip you with the tools and self-awareness needed to create meaningful life changes.

Let's get started with a 15-minute consultation!
