During our sessions we will work together to identify underlying experiences and core beliefs that are causing current conflicts in your life, whether related to family, parenting, work, school, relationships, etc. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed techniques, and a combination of therapeutic modalities, to guide you in finding healthy solutions in order to live a more fulfilling life.
I have experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, depression, suicidal ideations, self esteem, and anxiety, etc, related to a variety of factors, including family separation, work, friendships and relationships, grief and loss, and general life transitions.

I take self-pay and insurance clients, including EAPs for CIGNA and United Healthcare. If I do not take your insurance, I will provide you with a Superbill to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
