Description

Do you feel overwhelmed by life's circumstances and would like to find a safe, judgement-free space to talk? During our sessions we will work together to identify underlying experiences and core beliefs that are causing current conflicts in your life, whether related to family, parenting, work, school, relationships, etc. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed techniques, and a combination of therapeutic modalities, to guide you in finding healthy solutions in order to live a more fulfilling life.
I have experience working with clients who have experienced trauma, depression, suicidal ideations, self esteem, and anxiety, etc, related to a variety of factors, including family separation, work, friendships and relationships, grief and loss, and general life transitions.
I believe that showing yourself compassion and self-acceptance is an important step towards your growth. As a psychotherapist I provide warmth, empathy, and respect, and I genuinely care about your growth. I look forward to working with you to help you through your journey. At this time I am providing phone and video (telehealth) therapy.
I serve children, adolescents, and adults.

I take self-pay and insurance clients, including EAPs for CIGNA and United Healthcare. If I do not take your insurance, I will provide you with a Superbill to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
