I understand that every client is on their own journey. I try to find ways to help my clients meet their goals and overcome challenges while providing a safe space to promote growth. I believe in helping my clients process their emotions while working on skills that they can apply in their everyday life. I am also a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, which helps me conduct assessments for couples. It is her honor to be help through your therapeutic process.
