Description
Discovering your passions, managing change and navigating daily stressors can be difficult. It is particularly difficult, if you are experiencing stress at home or work, struggling with unhealthy behaviors or dealing with unexpected life events.
I have been working from a client-centered approach for over 10 years and work to achieve supportive, nonjudgmental and collaborative relationships with my clients. My approach draws from my training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy and family systems approach.
My aim is to help you process change while offering strategies that increase coping skills and challenge behaviors that disrupt your progress towards goals.
