Rise Counseling Group is a social justice based private practice in Dayton, OH. We focus on improving the mental health and wellness of black teens and women & other women of color. We offer them space to heal and have hope when dealing with anxiety and depression. We believe in “having the conversation” to help clients be released from the junk they carry with them day to day as women, daughters, sisters, mothers, and partners.
Rise Counseling Group believes in the mental health and well being of black women and other women of color. Some of the issues we work with clients on include: depression, anxiety, micro aggressions and racial trauma, gender based violence/ abuse/ discrimination, bullying, advocating for yourself, and mothering issues.
