Girl, I get it. You’ve been holding it together for everybody: your job, your family, your friends. And still, it feels like you’re falling apart inside. You smile, you show up, you handle business, but when it’s quiet, that anxiety and that “I don’t even know who I am anymore” feeling start creeping back in. You’re exhausted from always being the strong one, and honestly, you just want a space where you don’t have to be.

If that’s you, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep carrying it by yourself.

I’m Ricki, a therapist and full-spectrum doula who helps teens, adults, and parents navigate the in-between seasons of life, the ones where you’re outgrowing the old version of yourself but not quite sure who you’re becoming. I also work with couples who are also trying to figure it out. I specialize in perinatal mental health, anxiety, and life transitions, with a heart for supporting Black women and families who are used to doing it all but are ready to start doing it differently.

In our sessions, there’s no judgment and no pressure to have it all figured out. Just real talk, reflection, and practical tools to help you breathe again, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll slow down together so you can tune back in to what you need, not what everyone else expects.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in authenticity. I want therapy with me to feel like exhaling after you’ve been holding your breath too long, a space where you can be seen, supported, and reminded that you don’t have to do this alone.

You’ve done the survival part. Now it’s time to start healing on your own terms. If you’re ready to take that next step, reach out to schedule a consultation today, you can even do it with the link below. Let’s start your journey back to you.
