I specialize in working with individuals who suffer from depression and anxiety. I also specialize in working with LGBTQIAP populations. The majority of my clients are minority professionals who are interested in learning more about themselves in order to improve their interpersonal relationships and more importantly, their relationship with themselves. Many people who are suffering from depression and anxiety symptoms create greater internal suffering due to poor coping skills such as negative self talk and other maladaptive behaviors. My goal is to help each client understand these behaviors so that we can work together to create healthy coping skills that are sustainable long term.
