Ebony Harris, LCSW (she/her; pictured in red sweater) facilitates individual therapy with adults. Ebony is an EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) trained therapist, currently working toward full certification. She specializes in trauma, racial identity, life transitions, anxiety and depression. Using an eclectic approach, Ebony incorporates a variety of modalities including: EMDR, relational, strengths based, and solution focused therapy. Mechell works with teens, adults, families, and couples. Mechell is passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health within the Black community. Her clinical areas of interest include depression, anxiety, identity concerns, grief, parenting, life transitions, LGBTQ+ concerns, anger management, trauma, relationship issues, and self-esteem.
