Resilience Counseling LLC is a group practice that welcomes your whole self to the therapy room. Using a trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach; we prioritize making space for clients who have historically been marginalized within our healthcare system.
Seeking a therapist who is Black, understands your identity, the associated trauma of racism, and culture through lived experience; is 110% valid and often critical to create a healing space. You deserve to be seen and understood by your therapist on a deeper level than white therapists are capable of offering. Regardless of their experience and education; no white person can fully comprehend what it's like to live as a Black person in this country.
