We all have our moments in our lives when we need guidance; Allow me to be that guide. I work with millennials of color to help process those life transitions that may seem overwhelming and bleak.
As your therapist, I will assist you in shaping those feelings and thoughts into behaviors and habits, as well as provide the tools you’ll need to reach your goals and ideal self. My motto is if you change your thinking, you can change your life. As a result, my approach is client-centered and based in warmth, validation, listening without judgement, empathy, and acceptance so that we can create a space of vulnerability and collaboration.
