I have over 30 years of clinical experience. I offer individual therapy using a blended approach of Cognitive Behavioral, Person Centered and Solution Focused techniques. I provide a supportive and relaxed atmosphere. I specialize in Depressive disorders, Anxiety disorders, Life issues, Problem solving, Substance Use disorders. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitizing Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is a highly effective therapy proven to reduce emotionally charged responses when remembering disturbing events.
I also provide case consultation and clinical documentation training for licensed clinicians.
