“How can I move forward after a breakup?” “How can I make positive changes in my life?” “How can I improve my relationship?” “How can I manage my depression?” “Are we really ready for marriage?”
These are the types of question which leads my clients to therapy. I use an array of communication skills to provide therapy services that give you the tools for success. When it comes to therapy, one size doesn’t fit all. My clients come see me for many different reasons, including depression, anxiety, communication issues, relationship issues, imposter syndrome, feeling stuck, quarter-life crises, work/life balance, and career counseling. I see teen girls who are struggling with depression, anxiety, friendship issues, school issues, family issues, self-confidence, and fitting in.
