I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Certified Domestic Violence Advocate. I provide individual and family counseling to children, adults and elders. Pursuit of Peace Counseling allows clients to identify challenges in their lives that have caused stagnation, hopelessness, continued cycles, fear, anxiety, self sabotage, separation, denial or other stressors. Life can be full of ups and downs, and it is necessary to explore the root, past experiences and generational traumas to overcome and build resiliency in the process.
My role is to provide a safe space and empathy to help clients process, explore, gain insight and go through their individual journey of healing. I will offer interventions, healthy coping strategies, effective communication skills, psychoeducation and challenge you to implement tools daily.
