I don’t encourage my clients to “LOOK on the brighter side”, I remind my clients that they ARE the brighter side. Each of us carry a light within that makes it possible for us to find our way home. If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken your first step. A step towards deep exploration to uncover your true self, needs, desires and strengths. This new level of insight can lead to increased confidence, self-esteem, independence, the capacity to make healthy life changes, and the power to build and maintain healthy relationships.
I specialize in issues ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. My treatment modalities include: CBT, mindfulness and solutions-focused therapy. It is my goal to help my clients enhance their overall well-being, thrive interpersonally, and grow beyond their limitations.
