Description

Hi! My name is Ms. Rye. I am at your service to help you process trauma, depression, anxiety, or any other issue that you may struggle with. Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you find it difficult to perform daily tasks? Do you have recurring negative thoughts? Is it rare that you take time to prioritize yourself? Do you often feel as though you are operating on fumes, lacking energy and motivation? Are you a people pleaser? Do you want to learn healthy ways to stop people pleasing? If you answered yes to any of those questions, I may be a good fit to help you navigate your healing journey. To begin intake, visit bookghtc.as.me.

I am Licensed as a Professional Counselor and Addiction Counselor. I like using different forms of treatment such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Exposure Therapy depending upon my client's needs. I offer a non-judgmental, calming, professional yet relaxed environment.

There should be no shame in seeking the aid of a helping professional. To me, it shows strength. The benefits are that you get to process your emotions with a neutral party & feel safe in being open & vulnerable without fear or judgment. For more information feel free to schedule a free 10-minute phone consultation at bookghtc.as.me/consultation.

MORE INFO ABOUT MY PRACTICE
GHTC’s primary mission is to offer quality community services by qualified personnel which promote change, identify individual and family strengths as well as empower individuals and families to improve daily functioning within the community, in relationships with others, at home, and at school. We accomplish this mission by linking with and building professional relationships with the appropriate referral sources and offering a continuum of care.

GHTC can successfully decrease the likelihood that the client would require more restrictive institutional treatment in mental andor behavioral health facilities such as a group home or psychiatric hospital.
