My first name is Regina, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin.
I operate a ‘boutique’ like professional counseling practice that specializes in serving high functioning, professional working women. I teach adult women how to proactively self-regulate/manage emotions; organize your precious time; handle stress effectively; assistance with career development; help with interpersonal conflicts surrounding family concerns, marital issues, and navigating the complexity of the current dating scene; strengthen your relationship with God - make Him the foundational principle of your life; reclaim your power by refocusing on self (and rebuilding) your self-confidence, self-worth, and self-love; recenter your self; reestablish your self-identity.
