We are a black woman owned group practice dedicated to working with women of color in areas that they are experiencing challenges. We love the work we do with women as they navigate the complex challenges they experience in life!
The approach is two-fold, we start with helping you discover the person you want to be, which means getting past all the things that have held you back. Then we work to assist you in developing the tools you need to live your best life. Our approach to finding solutions is through a collaborative effort between the client and their therapist. We believe there is an answer to all the challenges we face.
