I utilize a blend of traditional and holistic approaches to therapy, involving the mind, body and soul. Some of the traditional treatment methods I utilize are solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. These are combined with integrative, expressive and somatic approaches such as brain-spotting, yoga and meditation.
