I am located in Detroit, MI and provide telehealth services in the States of Florida and Texas, along with virtual global wellness coaching. I am a mom of three boys, the founder and clinical director of CGL Wellness Group, LLC, and a certified trauma specialist that helps organizations and families become more trauma sensitive, increase emotional intelligence and understand how to become healing centered.
My aim is to provide a safe, supportive environment by working collaboratively with you and/or your family to meet your therapeutic and wellness goals. My clinical experience includes work with children as young as five years old, adolescents, women, the workplace and spiritual institutions with individual and group therapy or workshops.
I have been trained in faith-based counseling and take an eclectic approach employing elements from a range of techniques to best suit your unique needs. I will meet you where you are and walk with you on your journey to identifying and cultivating your own healing.
