Description
I work with young adults and adults. I specialize treating mood disorders, PTSD and complex trauma. I believe that when people develop honest understanding of their experience, strengths and vulnerabilities they can learn to heal, tolerate pain, reduce suffering, develop rewarding relationships, and achieve goals. I also believe mental health requires learning about how often difference is confused with disorder.
