Accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance plans. This insurance coverage is different than Blue Care Network (BCN) and Blue Cross Complete. I also accept out of pocket payments for visits.
My practice has a focus on treating depression and anxiety diagnoses as well as working through life traumas. I was trained at The University of Michigan Rachel Upjohn Building in the Department of Psychiatry in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Finding a skill set that works for each individual client is important to me as well as building a strong therapeutic relationship. I provide a safe space for sorting through difficult situations, thoughts and behaviors while challenging you to reflect on your own opportunities for personal growth. My office is in downtown Ypsilanti however at this time I am providing virtual visits only due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
