The journey to wellness begins with one small step at a time. When life's journey becomes strenuous, fatiguing or perplex reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness. Therapy can empower clients to find clarity and meaning that allows for forward movement towards a purposeful life.
My experience as a therapist in a behavioral health hospital system setting has allowed me the opportunity to work with a diverse set of clients with various mental and behavioral challenges. I enjoy processing with individuals in a client-centered environment that supports, encourages and empowers the client to explore and find a greater understanding of self.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, confidential space for self-exploration and healing that promotes mental wellness and empowers the client to move forward in their life.
