As your therapist, I aim to create an environment that is compassionate and judgment-free. I work to build a connection with you so that you are comfortable with sharing your story with me. Talking to strangers is hard and it takes a great deal of courage. My counseling approach includes curiosity; never making assumptions but always wondering what happened. Some evidenced-based approaches include: EMDR, Parts-work, Solution-Focused Therapy, goal-oriented, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and Structural Family Therapy. I am going to talk with you about your needs and tailor my expertise to best serve you.
I am a clinical therapist with over 7 years of experience. I work with individuals, families, and parents to address stress around relationships, anxiety, depression, and life changes. Life is hard and everyone needs help along their journey; maybe it is to heal or transform into a better version of oneself, either way this step to seeking support takes a great deal of Courage!
