Reaching My Destination Counseling Services, PLLC is a group practice who specializes in working with individuals (adults and adolescents), couples, and families to provide counseling and therapy services. We mostly specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and trauma-related issues as well as couples relationship issues which may include matters of infidelity, trust, communication, finances and intimacy/sex.
We pride ourselves on taking individualized, unique approaches while working with clients from different walks of life. We meet our clients where they are at and use our collective expertise in utilizing different therapeutic approaches (including Trauma-Informed Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution-Foused and Reality-based therapies along with others). We are also non-judgemental and unbiased in our approach which help clients feel comfortable from the beginning of treatment. We create an individualized plan of action to help clients "reach their destination" (accomplish their therapeutic goals) in order to help them begin to feel better and change behaviors.
In addition, we also pride ourselves on the services included with our couple's specialty! We work with married couples or couples in both long or short-term, committed relationships who may be experiencing current relationship problems and struggling to manage, those who may be considering ending a relationship, those who want to gain new or those who want to enhance skills to have a healthier, happier relationship. We also offer services to couples interested in pre-marital counseling or those who just want check-in or relationship maintenance.
