You don't just suddenly wake up as the person you see looking back at you in the mirror. Your experiences, family origin, race, gender, and culture have shaped you. As you make these uncomfortable discoveries, they weigh on your mind, body, and spirit affecting your self-esteem, relationships, and perhaps your daily tasks. But of course, life doesn't stop. I want to support you in cultivating liberation within that tension, working towards a more empowered version of you.
In our work together, I will use intersectional, relational, and developmental lenses to cultivate a collaborative therapeutic space for you to explore yourself and work towards your goals.
