Making the first step in your therapy journey can feel like a daunting task in the beginning. No matter what the reasons are for seeking services, you are incredibly brave in making the first step. My purpose as a therapist is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental, and healing space for you to unpack and understand the challenges you are going through. I will strive to listen, learn, and validate you as we move through the therapeutic process. My goal is to create open dialogue where you feel comfortable being yourself as we discuss everyday life challenges. I ensure that this journey will be collaborative.
I provide a space that is culturally tailored to your experiences. My approach will depend solely on your needs and personal goals. I have experience in working with persons of all backgrounds dealing with grief & loss, aging issues, life transitions and trauma.
I am a social justice advocate and dedicated to serving persons of the BIPOC, AAPI, and other communities experiencing race based traumatic stress. Finding a therapist you can trust can be difficult, but you are making a great first step. I look forward to hearing your story and how I can be a supporter and advocate in your journey.
