Yoland Wood, LMSW
I am licensed social worker in Virginia with over 25 years of experience, specializes in helping those with unresolved trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other life transitions. My approach is integrative, holistic, relational, and spiritual. I aim to create a safe space, uses plain language, and help people transform into a better version of themselves.

Rashida Latef, LGSW
As a therapist, I aim to create a safe and inclusive space for people of all backgrounds. I use a variety of techniques to help individuals regulate their emotions and function better, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and breathing exercises.
