Life sometimes has a way of leaving us feeling overwhelmed and lonely. As Black Girls, we are deserving of a life that is fulfilling and complete. And sometimes, we need a little help to achieve that goal. I believe in intentionally creating a counseling experience where your needs are centered and where your healing can begin.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Brainspotting Clinician, my goal is to create a space that will empower you to navigate through some of life’s most difficult challenges. And while “talk therapy” is amazing, I also incorporate brain and body healing techniques. These techniques are specific to helping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and family conflicts.
Restorative Roots, LLC counselors promote wellness, and healthy living from the root and beyond to every individual we serve. We provide professional counseling services to individuals, couples, and families in a safe and welcoming environment. We offer affordable rates and free consultations. We strive to make your sessions convenient by offering telehealth sessions and have evening and weekend availability.
