I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. I specialize in individual and couples therapy for those experiencing relationship problems, trauma, depression, and mild to moderate substance use. My clients have sought therapy to change the way they relate to painful memories, thoughts, and emotions that cause problems in their relationships and work. In our time together, you will gain a clearer understanding of what led up to your current difficulties, learn more effective ways to cope with life stressors, and develop more meaningful relationships.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions while working with individuals and couples. I use CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness as ways to change thinking patterns.
