Trauma can create powerful reactions. Are you pushing people away? Feeling anxious, burnt out, out of control, or just plain exhausted. I understand that making the first step to come to therapy can feel difficult, scary, and overwhelming at times. Together we will explore patterns that might be getting in the way of living a purpose-filled life. Wounds from the past can only be ignored for a while before they start to manifest and affect our life. Feelings of being ASHAMED, guilty, stuck, or uncertain are just some of the ways our past present in our lives.
This is your season to work through the emotions and feelings that are holding you back from being your AUTHENTIC SELF!!! I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions while working with individuals and couples. I use CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness as ways to change thinking patterns.
As we work together it is my goal to provide a judgment-free space where you feel safe, validated, and accepted. The most important part of therapy is the counseling relationship. You are not to blame. You are not alone. With help, you will get better.
