Description
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my journey as a therapist I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance abuse settings along with working as a contract therapist, a lead on a psychiatric ward and psychiatric ER. With my vast experience in the mental health community, I have worked with clients from many walks of life, struggling with a variety of mental health diagnoses and life challenges.
These opportunities have allowed me to work with individuals on a one-to-one basis and in group settings, focusing on individual needs as well as working with families and couples as they navigate their journey of change and healing.
