Prescilla integrates a range mind, body, soul approaches that will heal you at the vibrational level. She is a certified trauma professional trained in EMDR, DMT, DBT, CBT, VRET, Reiki and other mindfulness-based approaches who is most passionate about working with those exposed to childhood and generational trauma. Her treatment incorporates the use of energy healing, yoga, essential oils, crystals, meditation, breath work, sound healing, behavioral changes, food/diet and other holistic wellness tools to promote healing at the core. She is most passionate about working with those exposed to trauma or dealing with mental health vulnerabilities such as PTSD, depression and anxiety. She works with those facing stressors related to family, relationships, parenting, work, career, school or adjustment related difficulties.
