Hey! My name is Porsche and I am the founder of Peak Behavioral Health, which is a mental health clinic in Little Canada, MN (next to Roseville, MN).
Peak Behavioral Health is a group private practice that is comprised of therapists with varying specialties such as trauma, anxiety, multiculturalism, depression, family conflict, domestic violence, infidelity, break-ups, substance addiction, career development, lack of motivation, boundaries, abuse, parenting, dating, etc.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I specialize in working with mature adolescents, adult women and men, couples and those with a substance addiction.
I commonly work with people who struggle feeling comfortable in their own skin, those who feel disenfranchised and don't have the skills to propel forward. Also, those who have a hard time feeling motivated in life and figuring out their life purpose. I also work with those who, "have it all" and still feel unhappy. I also work with those who are unsatisfied in their relationship/ want to end the relationship but aren't sure where to start. Lastly, I work with those who struggle with addiction that is negatively impacting their life or the lives around them, but abstaining is not the "answer."
