Phallon is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia. She earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Spelman College and Master’s in Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine’s Graduate Medical Sciences.
Phallon’s background includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in Partial Hospitalization, Outpatient, and Correctional/Prison settings. She has experience working with clients struggling with anxiety, ADHD, anger, depression, life adjustments, trauma, loss, self-esteem, communication skills, and additional adversities. Phallon uses an integrated approach, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered Therapy. She understands the importance of flexibility and making the therapeutic space one without pressure or fear. Phallon believes in making sessions as structured or unstructured as the client prefers.
Phallon enjoys the work she does with clients and guiding individuals through the difficulties life brings as well as identifying coping skills, support systems, and a positive outlook of self. She believes it is an honor to be a listener, advocate, and support for her clients.
