Group Therapy Details

Grounded Focus is a therapeutic skills group designed for adults who are ready to feel more centered, organized, and in control of their lives. In this supportive space, we explore how attention, emotion, and energy interact and how understanding your nervous system can help you work with your brain, not against it.

Each session integrates mindfulness, behavioral activation, and evidence-based executive functioning tools to strengthen focus, reduce overwhelm, and build habits that last. Together, we’ll use both bottom-up (body-based) and top-down (cognitive and behavioral) strategies to help you move from stuck to steady, even on the hard days.

If you’re ready to feel more grounded and focused, we invite you to join our next group cycle. Contact us to learn more or reserve your spot.
