Have you been feeling anxious? Are you having difficulty focusing or concentrating? Do you have racing thoughts and problems sleeping? Are you having trouble with managing your emotions? Do you feel fatigued, sad or depressed?

I am a AD/HD-Certified Clinical Service Provider. I provide therapy for adults experiencing symptoms of AD/HD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, life transitions and stress. I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help my clients change their thoughts and behaviors, to reduce symptoms and ultimately feel better. I am warm and caring and I provide a safe non-judgmental environment for clients to speak openly without fear. I provide individual counseling to adults of all cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQ community.

I received my Masters in Counseling from the Adler University. I received my undergraduate degree from Roosevelt University. My clinical training was in a variety of settings which included, community centers, private practice and a psychiatric hospital.

All of my session are held via Zoom. I am currently accepting new clients and invite you to call or email me now to setup an appointment.
