I provide individual counseling to adults of all cultural backgrounds and the LGBTQ community.
I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to helps clients build skills that counteract damaging thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. I also uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to make it easier for clients to manage emotionally overwhelming and stressful problems in healthier ways.
