Hello my name is Patricia I am a Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I have been a Nurse for over 15 years and a Nurse Practitioner for over 6yrs. I am a listener, and I care about my patients health and mental needs. I do not settle until my patients health needs are stable, or met, and they are able to adapt with their conditions whilst living and carrying on with their normal lives. I go far and beyond to provide my members with education about their mental health and assist member with medication management, and counselling them about their health needs including psychosocial, mental and emotional.
