The external world can be demanding and judgmental, leaving you little time to embrace your emotions and feelings. We are taught that we have to "keep it together." You want to cry, but you feel you have to keep it together. You think you can't fail. Everyone tells you how strong you are. The pressure is REAL. But you that only last for so long. I'm here to tell you- It's OKAY to feel those big feelings. It's OKAY to feel pain, hurt, guilt, and shame. These are your emotions. This is your truth. You deserve self-compassion and to put yourself first. Regardless of what society has taught us. What you need is support and validation.

Everyone needs an affirming space that embraces you. The REAL you. Therapy allows for you to show up for yourself and creates a catalyst for change. During our time together, it can be insightful, fulfilling, and even a little messy. You will be able to create a quality of life that reflects your values, cultures, and beliefs- NOT society's.

My approach to therapy is down-to-earth, and non-stigmatizing. My values are LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and anti-oppressive. In working with me, you can expect to find someone invested in supporting and embracing your authenticity. You don't have to show up how the world thinks you should be -just how you are. Reach out. I am here for you.
