Description
As a clinician, I am passionate about the journey of healing and discovery through the counseling process. I believe that one finds purpose and meaning through exploring experiences and perceptions that have hindered growth and development. Working together, I believe one can find a sense of self and begin the path of self-discovery. I currently specialize in anxiety and depression, trauma, phase of life for professionals, family of origin, and substance use issues. I have experience with individual, couple, family, and group therapy. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Motivation Interviewing therapy techniques to help client reach their desired goals.
