I am skilled in CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients reach their best selves. My goal as a clinician is to feel empowered to take control of their lives and be in optimal health. It is important to treat not just the issue presented in therapy but the whole person as well. I assist clients in navigating through depression, anxiety, postpartum challenges, stress, relationship challenges, and social/self-esteem challenges.
