I am a licensed mental health counselor, but I don’t consider myself your “typical” therapist. I like to tailor my style to each individual client and family. My background, experience, and faith allow me a certain level of cultural awareness, which I believe goes a long way in successfully working with families across generations. My main goal is to help individuals/families work through whatever the current crisis may be, but also teach or enhance skills to help maintain stability. My counseling approach is individualized, as no one style or approach is right for every individual.
