Oasis Counseling Center is a group practice in Southern New Jersey. We believe that life happens! And it sometimes happens hard and suddenly! With the many life transitions that we face, having a safe space and sounding board can be important to achieve healing! We seek to assist in the mental and emotional restoration and healing process of adults through counseling, psychoeducation, coaching and wellness initiatives targeting the mental, social and spiritual paradigms of one's life. Education, empowerment, encouragement, enrichment and hope are aims that we seek to share with those who entrust us with their care.
Our areas of specialty are: Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Life Management, Relationship and Family Dynamics affecting the individual, Coping Skill Development, Grief and Loss, Behavioral Management, Women's Issues, Postpartum Stress and Faith-Based Counseling.
We believe in "relational" therapy whereby we focus on building a therapeutic alliance with our Therapy Partners so that the counseling room is one of trust, comfort and care where you can learn, grow and thrive to be your best and highest self.
