As a clinical psychologist, I have extensive experience collaborating with clients to help them build the life they desire. Whether it's reclaiming space for self-care & wellness, managing life transitions, setting boundaries, or overcoming burnout, my work is guided by three core tenets: Teach, Train, Transform - I value helping my clients know more and do more in order to transform their lives.
Also, as a Black-identified multiracial woman, I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who experience the added stress of marginalization, racism, and other -isms. Through the therapeutic relationship, I integrate my expertise with clients’ needs to promote holistic well-being.
