I am a board certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience working with a variety of mental health disorders and specializes working with both adolescents and adults who suffer from ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD and several other mental health disorders.
I believe in developing a therapeutic relationship that is client centered and based on mutual trust and respect. I am an advocate of a holistic approach to patient care which focuses not just on a patients’ disorder but total wellness. I’m dedicated to helping people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
