My Growth Groups are rooted in the INSPIRE-Joy Method, focusing on nurturing mental, emotional, and social well-being through shared experiences and guided discussions. Each group follows a 12-week curriculum based on the NJoyNAL — a comprehensive journal and therapy companion designed to help you develop self-awareness, build resilience, and embrace joy.

Each session is designed to help you:

- explore your thoughts, feelings, and personal challenges in a safe, non-judgmental space
- connect with like-minded women who understand your journey
- learn practical strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
- embrace self-care, boundary-setting, and emotional balance
