Description

Hi! I'm glad you found your way to my page. Right now you may be at a point where you’re tired of being "strong” all the time, people-pleasing, and struggling with low self-esteem. You're the type of person that doesn't ask for help and you're probably pretty good at “having it all together.” I can imagine how exhausted you must feel. With my empathetic, compassionate, and easy-going nature, I create a space for you to work through the following issues: low self-esteem, anxiety, boundary issues, trauma, people-pleasing, depression, stress, college/graduate school concerns, athelete concerns, life transitions, and identity issues (answering the question, "Who Am I?").

I take the time to get to know you and make sure that you feel comfortable bringing your whole self to therapy. I'll help you recognize your strengths and help you find coping skills to overcome your life challenges. When we work together, I'll personalize your therapy experience and incorporate your personal interests such as art, music, etc.

You deserve to be a healthy and authentic version of yourself, and live out your God given purpose. Your life matters, you have a purpose and you have value. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your new journey towards healing and liberation.

Visit my website for more info and contact me to schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation. I look forward to working with you!
