As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioner who has been practicing in the Mental Health field for over 6 years. I have experience working with women, children, adolescents, and families with mental health conditions ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, ADHD, along with a variety of other conditions that have caused a persons life to seem unmanageable. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and use a variety of therapeutic interventions to foster healing, self-awareness, wholeness, and achieving desired therapeutic outcomes.
